Expat Rentals mediates successfully at the housing market of Amsterdam and surroundings
for quite a while now. As our company name suggests, our customers are primarily
expats, working for companies based in the Netherlands, and in need of temporary
housing here. Companies like Sogeti, Shell, Booking.com, TomTom, Capgemini and Logica
are already working with us.

Expat Rentals mediates houses and apartments to be rent in the region Groot Amsterdam,
including the following area's:

A house, were you can feel at home is important for you. But you don’t want to spent

Furnished or semi-furnished
All houses and apartments that we offer are either completely furnished, or semi-furnished.
A furnished house, as to say 'turn key', is fitted with carpeting, curtains, light
fixtures, furniture, linen, crockery, cutlery and a complete kitchen equipment.
Or you might prefer a semi-furnished house with carpeting, curtains, light fixtures
and kitchen equipment like a refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.
Rental Price
The rental prices from the houses we mediate, start from approximately €1.100,-
per month excluding utilities. Expat Rentals only mediates so called 'free market'
houses and apartments.
Cost
No cure, no pay!
No registration fee.
In case of a succesfull mediation Expat Rentals will charge you an agency fee equal
to one month rent (plus 19% VAT) excluding utilities.
